Centrally located with axcess to rafting, Breckenridge, Cripple Creek, Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Canon City and Royal Gorge.

Located at 8,400 ft elevation. The nights are cool even in the summer. National Forest is heavily treed with Ponderosa Pine, Aspen and large granite rock formations. Designated off road trails for quads, motorcyles, etc. Beautiful views of the surrounding mountain ranges can be enjoyed from many easy to moderate hikes. Gold medal fishing is within an eight mile drive(Eleven Mile, Spinny, South Platte River)."DREAM STREAM" Most of the attractions are within a hours drive on paved roads.
