Vacation Rental. 1 and 2 bdrm Cabins w/their own private hot tub for each cabin outside your back door! Nightly and by the week. Open year round, located right on Hwy 50 for easy access. Our roads are ALWAYS open. 9 miles from Salida, 9 miles from Monarch Ski Area. Right in the middle! Great fishing, hiking, ATV riding, white water rafting, etc. NO SMOKING!

Our 1 bdrm cabins have a King Size bed in the Master, a Queen Size Murphy bed (pulls down from wall) in the living room, and a Queen Size sofa sleeper in the living room. It will sleep 6.

Our 2 bdrm cabins have the same configuration as our 1 bdrm cabins except it has a second bedroom which has TWO Queen Size beds in it - so it sleeps 10.

Our "couples" cabin (we often call it our Honeymoon Cabin) has a King Size bed in the Master and a Queen sofa sleeper. It does not have the Murphy Bed. It is pretty secluded.

North fork of the North Arkansas River borders our property. Great mountain views and aspens are everywhere! Cool in the summer, warm in the winter. Walk to National Forests from your cabin with trail heads leading to 100s of miles of hiking... Just beautiful! Why go to the mountains and not STAY in the mountains!

Salida is full of year-round activities, you are only 24 miles south of Buena Vista, 48 miles east of Gunnison. We are 100 miles west of Pueblo at Mile Marker 211.

Rental Rates

Please see our website for detailed rental rates. We have different rates for each month of the year. Rentals require 2 night minimum or a $25 cleaning fee will occur. We have 1 & 2 bdrm cabins - each are different rates. We also have "couples" cabins which the rates are even lower.

6.8% Lodging Tax
