There are sidewalks and mature shaded streets and the shoppes and cafes are less than a 5 minute walk. Brand new sof + matching love seat in 2010. All new beds too. new Stack washer dryer in 2010.
This home is a part of history, built in 1885 as a coal mining home. It has been nicely restored and original oak floors have been well maintained as well. Quiet, private, very safe neighborhood. |

There are plenty of country roads for bicyle riding and jogging and the Flatirons of Boulder are only a 15 minute drive. Denver is a 15 minute drive. The Casita is only 1 block from FirstBank of Erie, and there is a brand new recreation center built in 2009 with swimming, spin classes, baseball, raquet ball, etc, within a 10 minute walk. Bus route available at the new library which is near the new recreation center! |
