There are sidewalks and mature shaded streets and the shoppes and cafes are less than a 5 minute walk. Brand new sof + matching love seat in 2010. All new beds too. new Stack washer dryer in 2010.
This home is a part of history, built in 1885 as a coal mining home. It has been nicely restored and original oak floors have been well maintained as well. Quiet, private, very safe neighborhood.

There are plenty of country roads for bicyle riding and jogging and the Flatirons of Boulder are only a 15 minute drive. Denver is a 15 minute drive. The Casita is only 1 block from FirstBank of Erie, and there is a brand new recreation center built in 2009 with swimming, spin classes, baseball, raquet ball, etc, within a 10 minute walk. Bus route available at the new library which is near the new recreation center!
