Our 7,288 sq ft Colorado Springs new luxury fully-furnished rental home, named the “Paris Louvre,” is in a Gated Community on the east side of the city on a 3 acre, private lot. This five-diamond quality home reflects the characteristics of the ultimate in luxury and sophistication. Accommodations are first class. The physical attributes are extraordinary in every manner. This 3-level stucco and stone home has grand room with 22-foot ceilings and a marble entry along with wall of 20 foot tall windows.

The far east side of the home contains a smoked-glass enclosed sun room which is 20 feet wide and 40 feet long with 12 foot tall ceilings covered with Italian marble containing intricate designs and illuminated with three chandeliers. The sun room also contains a gorgeous fire place with a 60 inch flat screen TV above the mantle of the fireplace. The sun room is an excellent place in the home for relaxing, watching TV or movies, eating or entertaining guests.

The home sleeps 8 people comfortably, though the home can easily accommodate up to 10 people.
