Rental Rates


All rates are in US Dollars. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Standard occupancy is 4 adults. Additional guests are $20/night/each with a weekly maximum of $100 per week per guest.

Denver Lodging Tax is 14.85%.

Stays of 30 consecutive nights are not subject to the Lodging Tax.

The minimum rental Sept-May is 3 nights.
The minimum rental May-Aug is 5 nights.

The $300 security deposit is fully refundable when the home has been left as it was found.
