This 3 story home is beautifully furnished, fully equipped and immaculate. Park in the garage and enjoy the beautiful roses and the rock garden in the back yard, fire pit for evening get togethers and barbeques. Inside - the Master has king log bed with tv/dvd/cable, ensuite bath. 2nd bedroom also has king & tv with cable and 3rd bedroom is a full sized bed. All bedrooms are on on top floor. The main living area is very comfortable with couch, loveseat and oversized chair with ottoman, fireplace & TV with cable/vcr/dvd, dining room table for 6, laundry room and half bath.
The finished basement has tv/cable/vcr/dvd, leather sofa and leather recliner and desk. Plenty of room for sleeping bags or air mattresses for extra guests.
Home has a/c and heat plus wood burning fireplace.

TEN minutes to downtown Denver (Denver Zoo/Musuem of Science/Seaquarium/Eilichs Water Park), Mile-Hi stadium (Rockies), Invesco Field (Broncos)and Just steps to 24/7 grocery store, Belmar shopping mall, Whole Foods Market, library and Belmar park with paved trails for skating or bike riding. Only half hour from Georgetown and Indian Hot Springs for white water rafting, 10 miles to Red Rocks Ampitheater (concerts and hiking trails). In the winter it is 1 hr drive to Arapahoe Basin ski area, Copper and Breckenridge also nearby. Enjoy Boulder (Univ of Colorado) half hour drive north or head South to Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs, and in the summer the community POOL is open from Memorial - Labor day.

Winter rates are from Nov. April $2,500/monthly or $950./weekly.
Summer rates May-Oct. $3,000. monthly or $1,050. weekly
