First level has its own bedroom and bath along with the one car garage. Second level has: living room, kitchen, dinning room and 1/2 bath. Third level has two bedrooms a full bath and laundry area.

Great place for kids: Lots to do at the base of the mountain during summer. Longest Alpine slide in the world! Bungee jumping, human maze, mini golf, concerts, hot air ballooning. Fishing, golfing, mountain biking. Rodeo on Saturday nights and a new theater company Thurs - Sunday. Drive to Rocky Mountain Nat. Park and Grand Lake a must! Grand lake has main street that is right out to the movies! Lined with neat shops, restaurants, bars & theater. It has wooden sidewalks, mini golf and the best ice cream. The lake is great for swimming, fishing and sailing. They even have a guided tour around the lake! A drink at the Grandlake resort above the town makes you feel like your in Europe. It has a view of all three lakes, a pool, out door bar and hosts several weddings in the Summer.

Hot Sulfer springs: Its a quick 25 min drive to Hot Sulfer springs. They have 25 hot pools, five kid pools and a large ''cool'' pool in the summer. The massages are a must and the food is good!
