Convenient paradise with numerous amenities

Probably our most comfortable home. Hot water central heat. Custom built 14 year old with thoughtful additions. 3000 sq ft. Highly recommended if you are considering building in the future just for the ideas. Huge open floor plan and decks galore. All the conveniences of Denver are just 30 minutes away. Surround yourself with the Rockies without spending hours and gallons to get to the crowded ski areas. Nearly every morning you'll be greeted with a nice to spectacular sunrise and almost every night the lights of the city are an absolute thing of beauty. Gently sloping 1.5 acres that kids will love to play in. There's a large area where you can keep an eye on them from the decks.

Every bedroom has a view (King, Queen, Queen, Queen). Its romantic, relaxing, classy, comfortable, very thoughtfully designed and of course decorated with Rebecca's miraculous skill. From the giant oils in the great room, no wall is left untouched! The kitchen has all that you need to cook up holiday meals to perfection. 5 minutes from I-70 - quick access to the slopes or to Denver or Disneyland (if you drive fast.)
